I have been looking for an LCD tv for over a year, as my crt tv is such a good picture, but a small 21 inches. It was between this tv and the samsung, which i viewed in Currys, and was about to order. This is a new model, as far as i know, and i decided on the LG. It is very slim, and a good picture. Like all lcd tv's and freeview, the picture is never pin sharp as on the old crt tv, but with the aqnalogue signal soon to be turned off, and being able to receive HD channels, i think thius will improve.
The LED backlighting is great, and uses less power thaqn a traditional backlight lcd tv. The sound is more than adequate, not sure why people always moan about these slim led tv's regards sound output, but unless you are partially deaf, you do not need a surround sound system.
Delivery was second to none, and i received this tv in 2 or 3 days on the free super saver delivery, and find generally that Amazon deliver goods quickly for free, no matter what the value of the goods are.
All in all, this is well worth the money, i do not think you will be dissapointed.

I ordered this TV, and within a day it was on my doorstep - that was free delivery aswell! I was abit hesitant at first to purchase such a large item online but so glad I did. Not only did i recieve first class service, I saved a whopping £[] + on the retail price.
As for the TV itself, its brilliant. Such a sharp, bright and colourful picture. I think this is an ideal size for anyone looking to buy a TV for their bedroom!!
The tv is thin and ideal for wall mounting or having it on a stand. The controller is easy to use, and there is alot of features such as different sound & video modes for optimal viewing.
This is so much better than my 32 LCD tv downstairs. The picture is so clear. If your contemplating LED over LCD. Just do it! You wont look back!
