nice picture, easy set up August 24, 2010 Mr. P. Hancock Auto set up was a doddle, came well packaged, colours are bright, looks smart - I was sceptical as its not a brand I am familiar with but I must admit that I am impressed - looks like a sony/sharp
Hannspree ST321MBB HDTV August 18, 2010 C. F. Carron (London, England) I was attracted to this TV after rejecting 2 Toshibas that developed a sound defect which caused them to be withdrawn. This model has a very impressive list of details, all of which I am pleased to say are all one could desire in a TV of this price. The picture quality is not as good as the Toshiba that it replaced but is more than acceptable. It has enough connectivity for anybodies requirements. The menus are comphrehensive and easy to navigate, with some patience it is possible to obtain a pleasing enough picture to suit everyones taste. It was easy to set up and this was quicker than getting it out of the box. A nice touch is that it can swivel on it's stand which ensures that a 'head-on' view can be maintained. All-in-all I would recommend this TV to anyone looking for quality within a budget.

Great TV, pity about the delivery August 5, 2010 R. D. Eager (Herne Bay, Kent, UK) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This was ordered as a present for my older son (but he contributed). He is very pleased with it, and we both think it's excellent value for money. All of the various inputs are useful, and he finds it great with his X-Box.
There was however initial disappointment. It was ordered using Amazon Prime, with Next Day Delivery. This was a catalogue of screwups from start to finish, with the result that it wasn't available to give him on the specified day. City Link's tracking insisted it was on the van, but it obviously wasn't. Amazon customer services were powerless. The result was that it was delivered three days late, on a day when I wasn't due to be at home (despite arrangements supposedly having been made).
This was the second Amazon Prime failure within three weeks. They need to get their act together.
